Skulptur Flamma

A special kind of highlight : "Flamma" sculpture in gold or anthracite made of steel with a concrete base.

Evenly shaped semicircles of steel dance around each other with weightless lightness, come together and form a blazing flame before our eyes: this is "Flamma", another "highlight" in the new sculpture collection by CO33. Once again, the fascinating range of possibilities unfolds here to create the illusion of movement with seemingly simple geometric figures and to form organic shapes that have a haptic dimension for the viewer. Art to touch and not (only) for the showcase. This claim is underlined not least by the choice of materials: the dominant element this time is also high-quality industrial steel - in its raw, original form with natural colour shades and the visible traces of the sculptor's tools, or refined with a special gold-coloured lacquer for a "finer" look. The steel sculpture is held and supported by a 15 x 15 cm cube-shaped concrete base, which was also left largely raw to emphasise the "grounded" character of the figure. With a height of 66 or 76 cm, "Flamma" is one of the larger sculptures in the series and is particularly suitable to be placed prominently as a single object or in pairs in the room or even outdoors - like all our steel sculptures, "Flamma" is also weatherproof and can stand outdoors for a long time without any problems. The patina caused by the effects of rain and sun will make your sculpture even more unique over the years!

Of course, "Flamma" also cuts an excellent figure as a decorative element on one of our popular CO33 fire tables or next to the barbecue in the garden or on the terrace!

Sculpture and base are individually handcrafted in our CO33 workshop, with each piece being unique in itself: just as no two flames are ever alike, details such as the exact arrangement of the semicircles and the colour shades of the steel and concrete used also differ in "Flamma".

With this type of production, colour differences and small pore openings - even compared to the images in the shop or catalogue - are part of the usual nature of the material. Shading can also occur with concrete products. These can be caused, among other things, by influences such as temperature differences, air humidity and concrete-technological after-treatments or by impregnation. Such material properties are part of the usual or agreed properties of the products and do not constitute defects. **
