The polished, electropolished and lacquered or highly polished (nickel-plated polished) metal plates made of stainless steel, which connect the upper and lower concrete plates, are very stable despite their low thickness and are less sensitive to scratches than simply polished stainless steel surfaces. The material mix of high-quality, noble concrete slab and perfectly finished stainless steel elements gives each table a unique appearance.
