HOW DOES THE DELIVERY WORK?

Our products are packed very carefully and delivered in cartons or wooden boxes.
For some of our products, we supply you with a small dolly which allows you to move your furniture comfortably.
As a matter of principle, the delivery is provided "as far as the side of the pavement" of the delivery address you specify. The goods are not being transported or unpacked, assembled or mounted by the forwarding agent - neither in the house nor in the garden. You can order these additional services at a separate cost.
For certain products we can only deliver the goods in a disassembled condition, due to technical reasons with freight and packaging. In this case we pay close attention to a simple assembly capability.
